Here at Eden Medical Clinic we are now offering in-depth free full facial analysis as a part of Eden’s Personalised   Patient Programme to all of our patients.  

 

With our Patient Relationship Manager, our patients can discuss any concerns and aesthetic goals they want to achieve. Our  doctors will review your images and information and create a Personalised Patient Programme made just for you. Our Patient Relationship Manager will then walk you through the plan and your finance options, answering all of your questions and ensuring your experience is as seamless as possible.

How it works

Fill out the personalised questionnaire with your 3 images. One front facing, one side profile and one smiling image. Our doctors will review your information and images to create a personalised patient programme just for you.
Our Patient Relationship Manager will then talk you through your patient programme and finance options available via video and answer any questions you may have.

Once you are fully satisfied with your personalised patient programme, our patient relationship manger will coordinate with our support team to schedule your appointments.
