Firstly the receptionist Michaela is so friendly and pleasant! Really warm and kind. Dr Jo is an absolute magician and she's SO lovely and funny too! Have to say felt so at ease, barely hurt and really overall happy with my experience. Will definitely be back.

Great experience, I booked in last minute and Michaela the receptionist was more than helpful and kind at the desk, there was only one lady ahead of me and even at that I was seen within seconds!
