Your treatment begins with a consultation where your doctor will assess the areas of concern, discuss your goals and confirm suitability. Profhilo Body is suitable for most adults, with the exception of those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. A local anaesthetic is applied to each injection site before treatment begins to keep you comfortable throughout.
The treatment involves injections placed at specific points across the target area to ensure even distribution and good coverage. Two sessions spaced four weeks apart are recommended, allowing the hyaluronic acid time to integrate with the skin and deliver the best possible result. Each session takes just 15 to 20 minutes. Mild redness or swelling may occur but typically settles within 24 hours.
